Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping Policy:

Expedited Shipping:

We only offer expedited DHL Shipping to the UK, Australia, Canada, and United States. Standard shipment is available for the rest of the world (up to 50 working days, please get in touch for more accurate postage times for other countries). Standard Shipping to the US takes 8-16 days.

We currently only offer expedited shipping for certain items (this will always be available for formal wear, prom dresses and bandage wear)

Dispatch:

We ship within 24-48 hours for our in stock apparel -  this includes bandage wear. Many of our formal dresses are made to order and have a production time that varies by model. All information about production times can be found at the bottom of the product page. 

Formal dresses are shipped with DHL at no additional cost, due to the high value and time spent manufacturing the dress. Please select standard shipping and it will be sent via DHL regardless.

From the time of ordering a prom dress, expect 3-4 weeks for the US and 4-5 weeks for the rest of the world until you receive it.

We provide tracking number in 3-7 days after we dispatch your order, and within a day for DHL shipped items. You can track your order on our Track Your Order page.

We are ran from the UK and accept all returns here, and often ship in stock items from here, however most dresses are held in warehouses overseas and our formal dresses are made to order from overseas seamstresses.

Return Policy:

You may return most new, items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay domestic returns shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) If you inform us within three days of receiving your item you would like to return it you can do so no questions asked, as long as it is in the same condition it was sent in. 
Formal and Prom Dress Returns:

Returning formal dresses is different however, if you order a standard non-customised dress, you can return your dress to us with no questions asked - as long as you let us know within three days of receiving your dress. The three day policy is adhered to strictly, and any returns after that must be due to damage or incorrect items (such as the wrong color or size)

To complete your return, we need to know the name your order is under and the order number when you contact us to allow us to process it quickly.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or you received the incorrect item. If you need to exchange it , send us an email at tdrassistance@gmail.com.

Refund Time

You should expect to receive your refund within a week of returning the item (we process refunds once the item is in our possession), however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly, this is due to the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 10 business days).
